Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or constantly on edge?
Connected Hearts is an 8-week, in-person therapy group designed to help you gently address anxiety in a supportive, welcoming space. Together, we’ll use a simple, grounding craft throughout our time to help regulate our nervous systems, create connection, and anchor what we’re learning.
This group is perfect for women who:
• Struggle with anxiety or overthinking
• Feel alone in what they’re carrying
• Long for connection but feel nervous about opening up
• Want practical tools they can use outside of session
Crafting in group isn’t about being “artistic.” It’s about creating a steady rhythm for your body, giving your hands something to do while your heart has space to speak.

$40 per week (payment options available, some insurances accepted)
